Scholarship description:

Any currently enrolled college student may submit college essays. Essays should be 5-6 typed, double-spaced pages with standard margins. Contestants must choose an original title for essay. Each contestant must include a paragraph biography giving campus and permanent addresses, phone numbers and email(s).
