Scholarship description:

$650 college scholarship is offered at the district level; $2,000-$5,000 scholarships are offered at the international level. Eligible students are under 19 as of December 31 of the current school year. Open to residents of the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. Must be conducted through a local Optimist Club.
